I found the staff VERY helpful and efficient. The central location was ideal, giving quick access to the city's attractions. The provided breakfast had an excellent variety. Bike storage was secure. That added HUGE peace of mind.
I noticed some noise from nearby establishments late into the night. This was slightly disruptive.

The hotel is very close to the cathedral, about five minutes by foot. i walked from the station, a ten-minute stroll. i found the original city walls charming. the hotel offered a clean space and the staff was helpful. I found this a bonus.
i found the tea and coffee facilities good. however, more milk sachets would be beneficial. it's a small detail but would improve the experience.

the staff were very friendly. my family room was spacious, and it was very clean. we were checked in fast and had a warm welcome. i spoke to ness on the phone, and she was nice.
the smart tv in the room do not work good. i couldn't use any app functions like netflix. the bed was squeaky, and the toilet too.
